Te Papa
We have a great history of using Museums as spaces for community creative expression. As our national Museum, Te Papa, embarks on a renewal of all its long term exhibits, we’ve been invited to offer our feedback on some of the initial concepts. It’s great to be one of voices in this significant process.

Great Time at Great Start
Bringing together community organisations and agencies from across Taita, Voice Arts Trust facilitated a workshop to enable networking, sharing and learning. Hosted by Taita Great Start, with food provided by the Koha Kitchen, we played and laughed and got down to some serious connecting. It was a great success with 15 different groups participating. Thanks to Hutt City Council for supporting this workshop.
‘Those Who Care’ Film Project
We are working in partnership with Ryman Healthcare to create a short documentary style film with staff exploring, from their perspectives, the intimate relationship between caregiver and patient. A relationship dictated by necessity, complicated by cultural, ethnic and religious difference, but so often deeply compassionate.
Neighbours Day 2016
The sun shone on Neighbours Day and in the courtyard of Central Park we facilitated group games and a series of conversations with tenants all about what’s happening in their neighbourhoods. A great day and thanks to the CAP team for all their efforts to organise such a great event. If you would like Voice Arts Trust to facilitate at your event, email claire@voice-arts.org.nz

Time In for Timebank Staff
Thanks to funding support from the Hutt City Council, Voice Arts Trust had the opportunity to work with staff from Timebank. Staff from offices across the wider Wellington region came together in Petone for a rare opportunity to connect and learn from each other. “I love your processes, this has been one of the best workshops I have been too.” Workshop participant.
